• 1. Shipping within Nairobi can be same day or next day depending on clients preferred delivery mode.
  • 2. Shipping outside Nairobi but within Kenyan boarders takes 2-3 working days.
  • 3. Shipping internationally takes 2- 3 weeks.
  • 4. Please note that during Christmas, New Year’s, Easter and Public Holidays in Kenya, this may take longer.
  • 5. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated times set out on our website; however, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated timescales where they did not occur due to our fault or negligence.
  • 6. Shipments sent to some international countries might be subject to import duties and or taxes imposed by your country. These costs are your expense you will be required to pay them to the courier on delivery
  • 7. Note: Notwithstanding all precautions, packages and/or their contents sometimes get damaged in transit. If this should happen, please follow the following procedure: breakages should initially be announced and registered with the courier, at once upon receipt of the goods. You should then inform us immediately thereafter.


  • 1. We do not make cash refunds.
  • 2. Products can only be returned if the wrong product is delivered. To return your product, you should mail your product to: Awali Shea Butter, Giwa House, Moi Avenue. Nairobi, Kenya.
  • 3. Should your product be damaged upon delivery, we will replace it with the right one.
  • 4. We will provide free shipping for the replacement product(s) however, import duties and or taxes imposed by your country will be borne by you.
  • 5. For Nairobi deliveries when picking up your product at the Awali shop or from our rider, verify the content is as it should be. If there is an error, please immediately hand over the incorrect or damaged item back.
